  • CDH-3A control is not turning on.
  • DRO is not zeroing, and buttons are not active.
  • Axis motors cable connectors are damaged but they have all the pins and are
    connected.
  • After powering on the machine, one of the axis motor sounds like if it is stuck, and
    main breaker trips after 1-2 minutes. No further testing.
  • Machine is in fair physical condition.
  • Includes manual.
