Did my order ship yet?
Most orders ship 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. After we ship your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. UPS shipments can be tracked online at the UPS Website. For LTL Freight, please refer to the email to find the carrier and shipment tracking webpage. USPS shipments may or may not have tracking available. Please contact us for details.
How much is shipping?
For all shipments under 60 pounds, we use UPS to calculate domestic shipments and USPS for international shipments. For shipments exceeding the weight limit or too bulky to ship using conventional methods, please contact us.

Is insurance included?
Yes and No, shipping insurance is included and required when shipping on our account. But when shipping on your account make sure to advise you shipping company that you would like shipping insurance.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes, if you provide us your shipping information, we can ship using your UPS account. TEAM International will track your order while using your account. Shipping insurance is required.
