What warranty does this item come with?

You can check what warranty an item has by referencing the "Overall Condition" on the product details  tab located underneath items price. Each item will have one of the following descriptions and warranty information:

What sort of warranty do you offer?

Most of our items come with a 30 day warranty. This means the buyer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting the item and testing it for functionality when it is delivered.  We allow 30 calendar from the item’s delivery date to notify us of any issues. You must contact us within the warranty period to receive a RMA number, to track the order.  No returns or refunds will be authorized after the warranty period elapses.

Our 30 day warranty means we will, at our discretion, fix the item if you find it is not working, refund your money, or replace the item with another we have in stock. Items can be returned for flaws or malfunctions that were not disclosed.

Items sold “As Is” or “For Parts” do not come with a warranty. TEAM International resells items that may be used for parts or repurposed for another use. Please read the item descriptions as known malfunctions will be described in the notes on the item page. Should the item not function correctly, there are no returns and no refunds.

Can any AS-IS items be returned?

Items with incorrect technical specifications (such as wrong model or part numbers) can be returned for a refund.  This does not apply to condition or functional status.

There is a problem with my item.  How do I contact you?

You may contact us at 915-228-4841 or via email at info@teamequip.com. Please have your order number and a description of the issue ready so we can assist you.  

I have an RMA number.  What now?

Once an RMA number has been given, please send the tracking information to TEAM International via email at info@teamequip.com. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and assumes responsibility for any shipping loss or damage.  We recommend shipping with a traceable shipping service and insuring items valued over $100.00.

I've returned my item. What now?

Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Please allow 2-3 business days after delivery for a resolution.  If the reason for the return is the result of our error, there will be no cost to reship your item and/or no restocking fee deducted from your refund.  You will receive a complete refund including original shipping.

My order was shipped via a non-standard method.  Will I still be refunded the original shipping?

No, orders shipped via expedited or international methods will not be refunded the original shipping cost if the item is returned.
